[Investigating] IT Network is working with Palo Alto to address the ongoing firewall issues (since 11/14).   The issue is impacting IT Operations across campus.

[Investigating] Update and Clarification 11/19/19 1:06 pm:  This firewall issue is primarily impacting IT backend operations and not general campus network usage.  IT Network is working with Palo Alto to address the ongoing firewall issues (since 11/14).   The issue is impacting IT Operations across campus.

[Investigating] Update 11/21: IT Network will need to service the campus firewall on Saturday from 6am to 9am to address current issues impacting IT operations.  During this window the campus network could have short outage (5-10 minutes).   

November 29, 2019 11:52AM PST
[Investigating] Update 11/29:  During the campus router switch upgrade window (7am to 10pm) we will upgrade the firewall to the latest version to address the current firewall issues.  We will work with various impacted groups post upgrade to see if the upgrade fixed the issue.
